Each member of our team brings a unique set of skills and perspectives that are necessary for developing and implementing effective community policing strategies. Our Law enforcement officers provide essential expertise in crime prevention and investigation, while our community leaders provide valuable insight into the specific needs and concerns of the community. Our social service team can offer support and resources to community members by working with local government officials who provide policy guidance and funding.
YCPA Educators
Our YCPA Educators work with young people who are at risk of engaging in criminal activities as part of a community policing program. Educators use various teaching and mentoring techniques to help the youth develop the skills, knowledge, and attitudes needed by mapping academic educational perspectives to making positive life choices, staying out of trouble, and becoming productive members of society.
YCPA Social Worker
The YCPA Social Worker plays a crucial role in providing social and emotional support for at-risk youth involved in our community policing programs. Their primary focus is on helping youth navigate complex issues, such as trauma, family problems, and social challenges.

Military Personnel
YCPA specially Law Enforcement Officer/Military Personnel works closely with at-risk youth and community members to build mentoring relationships, provide guidance, and promote positive behaviors.
YCPA Coaches
YCPA Coaches are responsible for organizing and leading Esports and drone training activities, mentoring youth, and fostering positive relationships with the community. They will work with at-risk youth in the community policing program, using STEM related activity as a means to teach valuable life skills such as teamwork, sportsmanship, leadership, and goal setting.
